Ingredients

  • 2 lbs thinly sliced ribeye
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 1 Carrots
  • 2 Cups of mushrooms
  • 6 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs water
  • 4 Tbs raw honey or suger (Or a half honey and a half suger)
  • 2 Tbs Sesame seed oil
  • 2 Tbs Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp white or black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of rice wine (Mirin)
  • 2 Tbs garlic
  • 1 puree apple, ripe pear or kiwie to soften the meat

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat for 2 hours, up to overnight.
  2. Pan fry in a skillet over high heat until slightly carmelized. Add more veggies, if desired. Simmer for 10-15 min

Additional Information

Serve with rice. Simmer longer to create more juice to pour over rice. The important thing is to find the right balance between saltiness and sweetness.
