Ingredients
- 2 lbs thinly sliced ribeye
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 4 Green Onions
- 1 Carrots
- 2 Cups of mushrooms
- 6 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs water
- 4 Tbs raw honey or suger (Or a half honey and a half suger)
- 2 Tbs Sesame seed oil
- 2 Tbs Sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp white or black pepper
- 1/2 cup of rice wine (Mirin)
- 2 Tbs garlic
- 1 puree apple, ripe pear or kiwie to soften the meat
Instructions
- Marinate the meat for 2 hours, up to overnight.
- Pan fry in a skillet over high heat until slightly carmelized. Add more veggies, if desired. Simmer for 10-15 min
Additional Information
Serve with rice. Simmer longer to create more juice to pour over rice. The important thing is to find the right balance between saltiness and sweetness.
